InnovaCare Health is a closed corporation based in Fort Lee, New Jersey (US). It is an IAP (Internet Access Provider) organization that is exceedingly desegregated and offering services to imprecisely 467,000 associates.

Richard Shinto

Dr. Richard Shinto stands as both president and Chief Executive Officer of InnovaCare Health. He is an expert in clinical and operational health care with an experience of 20 years. Prior to the formation of InnovaCare Health, Richard served as president and Chief Executive Officer of Aventa Inc. from 2008-2012. He had previously been on the administrative seats of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer for Medical Pathways Management Company. In the late 90s, Shinto was the Vice President of Medical Management for Med Partners and later became Cal Optima Health Plan’s, Chief Medical Officer.

Dr. Rick Shinto received his BS from the University of California, MD from the State University of New York and MBA from the University of Redlands.

In 2012, Dr. Shinto was awarded the ‘Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Award.’ Six years later, he appeared among one of the Top 25 Minority Executives in Health Care.

Penelope Kokkinides

Ms. Kokkinides served as Chief Administrative Officer at InnovaCare Health from August 2016, and also as its COO. She previously served as COO of Aveta Inc. prior to which she had been COO of Touchstone Health in 2008. Ms. Penelope managed to serve as the vice president for Care Management and Disease Management at Americhoice. She has an experience of over 15 years in health care, specializing in government programs and managed care industry.

Ms. Penelope Kokkinides received her BA at the State University of New York at Binghamton, MS at New York University and a Master’s degree at Columbia University.
